The individual completes a structured assessment targeting 10 risk indicators. Questions are not wellness prompts — they are calibrated to aviation-specific failure patterns identified across training and operational data. Each answer is a data point in a scored model.

Responses are scored across all 10 indicators producing a risk profile. No indicator is assessed in isolation. The scoring model weights indicators against known compounding relationships — financial pressure amplifies fatigue risk, fatigue amplifies cognitive load risk, and so on.

The scored profile is mapped against Vexeom's failure chain library — the causal sequences responsible for the majority of non-skill-related pilot career departures. The system identifies which chains are active, how far they have progressed, and where the individual currently sits within them.

A 15–25 page scored intelligence report is delivered within 24 hours. It contains the full indicator profile, active chain identification, a personal risk map, a 12-month career outlook, and prioritised action recommendations ranked by impact and urgency.

Navigator and Professional members receive monthly reassessment. Each cycle produces a comparative report — current scores against previous scores against the anonymised benchmark cohort. The longer the membership, the more valuable the intelligence becomes. The data compounds.

Every consented assessment adds to the Vexeom dataset. Over time this produces prevalence rates, intervention effectiveness data, and predictive models that no competitor can replicate without equivalent time and volume. The dataset is the moat. It builds with every assessment.
